We’re delighted to be working with two songwriting legends, Michael Weston King and Peter Case.

Michael Weston King is the very embodiment of the modern day troubador – 15 albums, 300 songs, over 150 shows a year and more miles than he cares to remember. Crawling Through The USA (2009), recorded live across America during a three-month solo tour, perfectly showcased the man alone – just a guitar and songs for company, while his 2010 protest album I Didn’t Raise My Boy To Be A Soldier, met with huge critical acclaim, and led to invitations to tour China, appear at numerous politcal events around the globe, and curate a 33-track album for The Morning Star newspaper

On record and in concert he has collaborated with Chris Hillman, Ron Sexsmith, Jackie Leven, and the late, great Townes van Zandt (who cut Michael’s song Riding The Range), and also toured with Nick Cave, John Cale, Roger McGuinn, Steve Earle, Joe Ely, Guy Clark, Rodney Crowell, Joe Henry, AO. Most recently he has joined forces with his wife Lou Dalgleish to record the country duets album How Do You Plead? under the name My Darling Clementine. It has been hailed as a classic of the genre.

‘As fine a singer songwriter as Gram Parsons’ – Chris Hillman

Peter Case is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and producer, a mighty fine guitarist and a well-reviewed published author – and yet he’s most at home on the stage. For 25 years, Peter, his guitar and his songs have mesmerised audiences from North American coast to coast, whether holding down a festival crowd, warming up the place for luminaries like Jackson Browne and John Prine or headlining his own nightclub shows— of which he can claimed to have logged thousands.

Playing a blend of soulful blend of vintage rock ’n’ roll and soul, the blues, traditional and modern folk, a lot of music has flowed into his style. He’s passionate about writing songs and connecting to real audiences, no matter the size. He regularly tours the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and his hardcore fans everywhere bring a deep connection to the songs and to the artist.

‘He is a great songwriter and a magnetic performer’ – John Prine
