We’re excited to be promoting Brown Brogues’ much-anticipated reunion show!

Not the reunion you asked for, it’s the one you deserve! After a (pre-planned and) exacting seven year and two day hiatus, Brown Brogues are back on the 17th anniversary of the release of Ang Lee’s masterpiece Brokeback Mountain – 9 December – at YES.

There is too much misery in the world at this time. Come join us and forget about it for a few hours at the very least.

Support comes from Mister Strange – Manchester-based noisemakers with a sound that nods to rock, punk, and garage bands of the past. Mister Strange’s signature ‘Wunder-Fuzz’ takes you out of the ‘drags of life’ with their rocket-fulled appreciation of The Stooges and ritualistic burritos.

Having released their debut split in 2020 with Sydney label Third Eye Stimuli (Sunfruits, The Grease Arrestor, The Jim Mitchells), Strange quickly propelled forward to drop their debut EP I in the summer of 2021 with the Swedish rock ‘n’ roll label PNKSLM. The band have now progressed through the doom and gloom of winter to bring a no bullshit heavy and uncompromising second EP Nothing At All for 2022.
