We’re delighted to be working with Jenn Grant again – this time, at the Castle Hotel!

Jenn-Grant-Castle-Manchester

Jenn Grant’s Paradise is the most adventurous and deliberate work she’s ever done. Following 2015’s Juno nominations of Triple A Album Of The Year and Songwriter Of The Year for Compostela, Grant and husband Daniel Ledwell took a year in their home studio to craft an album of melodic beauty and sonic diversity.

Grant displays the nuanced soulfulness in her voice, and touches on folk, R&B, and rock balladry. Paradise is the result of a talented, experienced musician employing all her abilities to lengths never before heard.

Grant will be joined by acclaimed pop singer-songwriter Hannah Georgas. Since her debut, the fellow Canadian musician Georgas has won numerous awards and racked up multiple nominations. She has previously joined City and Colour on his European tour and shared stages with the likes of Sara Bareilles and Kathleen Edwards, playing everywhere from Madison Square Garden to the LA Greek Theatre. Georgas’ music has also been featured on HBO’s Girls. Her current album, For Evelyn, was described by The Telegraph as evoking ‘the idiosyncratic indie of Feist‘.
